Shape IT Recruitment
Shape IT Recruitment is a boutique Manchester recruiter placing Microsoft Dynamics 365, data and AI, and cloud and infrastructure specialists. We moved its website from WordPress to Webflow and connected it to its live job board.
A specialist recruiter, a distinctive site
Shape IT wanted a website that looked and felt unlike a typical recruitment site. The brief was a modern Webflow build for two audiences, candidates and the technical leads who hire them, with the live job board at its centre.
Two audiences, one clear path
The homepage opens two pathways, one for candidates and one for clients, so each visitor reaches the right content quickly. Red works as an accent against black and white, keeping the design restrained. Specialisms, a dedicated Microsoft Dynamics 365 page, referrals, about and contact pages sit alongside.
Live jobs built into the site
Roles sync automatically from JustRecruit, Shape IT's applicant tracking system, into the Webflow CMS. Applications and CV submissions made on the site post back to JustRecruit with the CV attached, so the team keeps working in the system it already uses. Blog posts and case studies are also managed in the CMS.
