MyFirst are a specialist young driver insurance broker. The business was founded after MyFirst realised that there was no specific insurance company in the UK who really focused on guidance and tailored customer service for young people. Wish a vision to create a company who spoke young people’s language, but at the same time could offer precisely the right information that they required when selecting the correct financial products.
MyFirst wanted to keep the basic functionality of their existing website and take it to the next level - designed specifically to convert in a mobile first world.
We worked with MyFirst's branding agency to design the website incorporating "Mylo", their young driver mascot, who appears throughout the website in various forms.
The sited needed specific landing pages and enquiry forms for each of their specialist young driver insurance products, all feeding back to the MyFirst team so they are able to help young drivers quickly and efficiently with their enquiries.
The result is a mobile first approach website that is designed to convert visitors into enquries. Maybe aspects of lead generation were taken into consideration including SEO, Google Ads and the UX/UI of the site that suited both young drivers and their parents on all devices.
